OSAKA - At around 7:30 p.m. on August 5, a woman called 110 and said, "Please help me. I was stabbed by an acquaintance."

According to the police, the woman was stabbed in the neck and lower back with a knife, she was rushed to the hospital and is now recovering from the incident. The woman was going home from shopping when she was stabbed in the hallway in front of her apartment. According to the victim, the suspect was a woman she knew. She was apparently waiting for her to arrive in her apartment then suddenly stabbed her before running away.
