The child's mother promptly dialed 119, and the young boy was swiftly transported to the hospital. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries approximately two hours later. The heartbreaking incident unfolded after the family's return from an outing. As they arrived at the apartment building car park, the young boy alighted from the vehicle.
