NARA - A polícia de Tenri, Prefeitura de Nara, prendeu uma mulher de 64 anos por suspeita de assassinato depois de ter esfaqueado seu marido de 65 anos em sua casa no domingo.
De acordo com a polícia, Satomi Sakaguchi esfaqueou seu marido Mitsuhiro em seu lado direito com uma faca, por volta das 6:40 da manhã, informou Kyodo News. Imediatamente após o incidente, Sakaguchi chamou a polícia e disse "Eu esfaqueei meu marido". Eu acho que ele vai morrer. Por favor, venha depressa".
A vítima foi levada ao hospital onde morreu no domingo seguinte.
A polícia citou Sakaguchi como dizendo que ela e seu marido não se davam bem há muito tempo e que ela perdeu a calma quando o esfaqueou. Mas ela negou ter a intenção de matá-lo.
