Palayok Philippine Cuisine Restaurant has been around since February 1, 2020, and is located at Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture. They continue to open and serve authentic Philippine cuisines that can be enjoyed by many.
It all started when Nanay Lorina decided to pursue to continue the restaurant business that she started back in the Philippines. She worked hard to make her dreams come to reality and make use of her cooking skills once again. Let’s see what good things Palayok has to offer!
PHILIPPINE PRODUCTS AT YOUR HANDS
One of the main reasons Philippine nationals regularly visit Palayok is because of their range of available Philippine imported products. They sell often purchased goods like canned goods, beverages, soaps, shampoos, even ingredients used for Philippine cuisines are available!
Philippine imported junk foods, salted eggs, loaves of bread, you name it! They even have ON SALE section where you can purchase the products at a more cheaper price. (take note of the expiration date!)
Palayok makes sure that they follow preventive measures to protect consumers from the pandemic.

Palayok is also known for its authentic Filipino cuisine taste. A lot of their customers even from far away locations visit the place to try their cooking.
We went to try their eat-all-you-can service and I can tell you, it was definitely worth it. The food choices are very good and very traditional. We had kare-kare, sinigang, palabok, ube halaya, sisig, and a lot more. They usually offer around 9 different dishes every day.

We tried one of their specialty, the Halo-halo special. We were surprised to hear that almost all of the ingredients used were made by the owner itself. The Ice cream, Leche flan, even the ube were made by Nanay Lorina. Definitely worth trying!
