HOKKAIDO – A 50-year-old unemployed man was arrested for punching his 22-year-old ex-boyfriend in the face on March 25.

The incident happened on March 35, around 3:00 a.m. her home in Showachuo, Kushiro City.
The woman sustained minor facial bruising.
According to the police, the incident was discovered when the victim went to the police station about an hour later, and reported that her ex-boyfriend was acting violently.
The police arrested the suspect on the afternoon of the 25th, after a subsequent investigation solidified the suspicion.
The man has admitted to the investigation that there is no doubt in his mind that he is guilty of the crime.
The police are investigating the details of how the man committed the crime.
