CHIBA – This morning, a mutilated body was found in an apartment in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. The police arrested a woman who is the daughter of the victim.

According to the police, the suspect, Kaori Atarashi, together with her relative came to the police to report about killing her own mother. The police then rushed to the scene and found the mutilated body parts of her mother inside plastic bags in the bathroom area of their apartment.

She apparently killed her mother in order to become a psychic. An autopsy report will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
