Three Vietnamese arrested on suspicion of stabbing acquaintance in leg with knife
TOKYO – Three Vietnamese men have been arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for allegedly punching a man they knew in the face and stabbing him in the leg with a knife, seriously injuring him.
The three Vietnamese men, including Chang Tuan, 38, an unemployed man in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a Vietnamese man they knew on the street in Shinagawa Ward last November, punching and kicking him in the face and stabbing him in the leg with a knife.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the suspects fled the scene after assaulting the man but were later identified after analyzing surveillance camera footage.
