SAITAMA – A 79-year-old man was run over and killed by at least two cars in Kounosu City, Saitama Prefecture, early on the 13th. The police are investigating the possibility that another car may have run over him before the two cars and fled the scene.
At around 0:45 a.m. on the 13th, Saburo Kadokura (79) was run over by two passenger cars one after the other on a street in Miyachi, Kounosu City, and was confirmed dead on the spot. The police arrested two people, including an office worker, who were driving the passenger car on suspicion of manslaughter by negligent driving.
