YAKINIKU TONMARU ｜【焼肉とんまる】
This Yakiniku Restaurant is a little bit different from the usual. The juicy meats are grilled using charcoal, which makes the meat more delicious. Why? Because chemical compound lignin found from the charcoal that when fired up, it brokes down and produces another compound called guaiacol. The guaiacol in the charcoal is what then produces that deep, smokey wood fired flavor. When juices from the meat drip onto the charcoal, they produce even more delicious-tasting compounds that float upwards and saturate the meat with even more flavor.
And, not only meat but some seafoods menu also are present! Miso Nabe is also available BUT both needs early reservation.
Their seasoning tastes so good! You better try it with your friends because the place and staffs itself are friendly and you can surely enjoy your bonding.
*Since there is a limited number of stocks, they close it as soon as it is sold out.
Note: The restaurant usually open only every weekends. BUT there are cases that they also operates weekdays if there’s reservation more than 10 people. You just have to call the restaurant 3 days earlier prior to your desired date.
